Finca la Barca Smoked alioli
A rich and indulgent mayonnaise made using oak-smoked olive oil from Toledo. This oil is naturally smoked over the fires that are used to dry the peppers which make Pimentón de la Vera.
Delicious when used to make a chicken mayonnaise, or for a moist and flavoursome poached salmon sandwich. Otherwise just use as you would any other mayonnaise to add a lovely, smoky depth of flavour.
INGREDIENTS: Sunflower oil, Finca la Barca smoked olive oil (27.5%), water, vinegar, pasteurized EGG yolk, lemon juice (SULPHITES) salt, sugar, modified corn starch, stabilisers: xanthan gum and alginate, smoke flavouring, antioxidant: EDTA, preservative: potasium sorbate.
STORAGE: Keep in a cool dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 7 days.
