All of our pork comes from local free-range pigs.
We take our pigs to our trusted abattoir and butchers, who only dispatch a small number of pigs each week to the keep stress level of the animal as minimal as possible.
Pork shoulder is a juicy and well-marbled cut, perfect for slow-cooking methods such as roasting, stewing or barbecuing, which transform it to meltingly fork-tender and flavoursome.
Serving suggestion: Allow 200g - 250g per person
