Saddleback Pork Steaks

Preheat grill to high. Grill steaks for 3 minutes on each side, then reduce heat and cook for a further 2 minutes per side (or longer if thicker). Devour with a large dollop of mustard!
Serves Suggestion: allow one steak per person.
