Aged for a minimum of three months, this is a deeply satisfying example of a much loved charcuterie cut. The result is a sweet, nutty flavour and a gentle aftertaste of chestnut smoke.

As with the spiced coppa this cut needs little added as it is already so good, but a hint of smoke alongside the natural sweetness gives us a truly great product.

Storage Information

This salami is safe to be kept at ambient temperatures. However, we have found that the best way to preserve the high quality is to wrap it tightly in cling film, freezer bag, or similar airtight wrapping, and store it in the fridge.
