If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order then please contact us for a quibble free refund. You must do this within 7 days of receipt of your order. We don’t require return of the meat but as a small business, we would appreciate you giving us your feedback on how we can improve things next time.
When you place an order an account will be created for you with Stripe, our payment gateway. They will store your card details securely. For subscription orders, your card will be billed automatically 2 days before each delivery date. You can cancel your subscription box at any time by logging in to your account . If you wish to vary the contents of your box or take a holiday, please contact us via email or telephone. Note we need at least 1 weeks notice to make changes.
There’s a minimum two day turn around between ordering and delivery or collection. So for Friday delivery order by close of play Wednesday.
Your email address will be automatically added to our mailing list. We’ll only send out what we think is relevant information and we’ll never pass your email to anyone else. Follow the unsubscribe options at the base of a newsletter if you wish to opt out.
To ensure your meat is kept in the best possible condition, we deliver your order in an insulated box. If you DON’T need the box, please tell us in the checkout notes. You’ll be saving our costs and helping the planet at the same time.

When you order one of our Subscription Boxes you can select whether you’d like it delivered on Wednesdays or Fridays and whether you receive it fortnightly or every four weeks. You’ll be prompted to enter your card details during checkout and these will be stored securely by our payment gateway Stripe. We do not have access to this data.
How Do I Cancel My Box?
If you need to cancel your repeat box at any time, login to your account page, find the order and click on the cancel button. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact us via email email@example.com
Can I Adjust The Box Contents?
I’m afraid that the contents of our boxes are set, but if you’d like to add additional products just place an order as you normally would and select “Deliver with my next repeat order”. This means you won’t be charged a delivery fee and we will add this items to your next order.
What if I need to take a holiday?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (with at least week’s notice) to let us know and we won’t deliver you a box until you’re back so that nothing goes to waste.

A winner will be picked each month and contacted during the following week to arrange delivery of the Family MeatBox.
